CHEST PAIN Causes And Herbal Remedies




A lot of people complain of  chest pain these days, what you should know about chest  pain is that like headaches they are an indication that some is not right somewhere else in the body.

When you are experiencing chest pain it be caused by anyone of several other health issues, so the best thing to do is to find out the actual cause.
It could be caused by:

1. Angina pectoris
This is a blockage in the heart blood vessels that reduces blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle itself.  It's a symptom of heart disease but typically does not cause permanent damage to the heart.  Angina can be triggered by exercise, excitement, or emotional distress and is relieved by rest.

2. Myocardial infarction or Heart attack
This is a reduction in blood flow through heart blood vessels causes the death of heart muscle cells. Though similar to angina chest pain, a heart attack is usually a more severe, crushing pain usually in the center or left side of the chest and is not relieved by rest. Sweating, nausea, shortness of breath, or severe weakness may accompany the pain.

 3. The strain of lifting heavy objects.

 4. Persistent cough

FORMULAR 1


Bark of baobab


MATERIALS:

A. Bark of Adansonis Digitata
- English Baobab Tree
- Yoruba Ose
- Hausa Kuka
- Bini Usi
B. Water           

RECIPE:

Fill a medium sized pot with the bark. Then pour in water to fill the pot. Bring to boil. Allow it to stand for 23 hours.

DOSAGE:
1/2 a glass twice daily for 9 days

FORMULAR 2









orange peels

A. Half ripe pineapple peels.
B. Half-ripe pawpaw peels
C. Ripe Orange peels
D. 8 bottles of water

RECIPE:
Boil equal amount of the peels in A,B and C to boil in the water. Allow it to stand for 12 hours.

DOSAGE:

1/2 glass twice daily for 10 days.
